What is your shipping policy?

Need to return or exchange? No worries! You have 90 days from the date you placed your order to do this. All you need is your order number and email address to use our returns portal here.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Our 'notify me when in stock' system will let you know when specific items come back in stock. Find the item you would like to buy and click on your size. Fill in your email address in the box under "subscribe for notifications" and click on "notify when in stock".

We cannot provide exact in stock dates, but by signing up we guarantee you'll be the first to know! 🤗 

Customers often need to swap sizes, so this will also ensure you are aware as soon as a return has come back in. Keep an eye on your emails though to ensure you get in there quick, as we are sure the stock won't be there for long!

Signing up to notifications also helps us with our restocking decisions as we know what customers want more of, so please do help us by signing up 🙏

Please note that we can't guarantee that all styles will be restocked, so we'd recommend browsing the other great options that we have in stock.

When will the style I want be back in stock?

As all our sneakers are handmade in Portugal, they are made to EU measurements. The EU sizes are spot on! However, when translated into USA and UK sizing, there are some slight adjustments to consider. 

We'd highly recommend checking out our LØCI Size Guide before you buy to ensure you get the fit that's perfect for you!

Please note that most of our apparel has an oversized fit, so bear this in mind when you're ordering.

How do I pick the right size?

Great news! All of our LØCI trainers are treated making the material waterproof. If you want to clean them you can:
Step 1 – Dilute cleaning solution with water.
Step 2 – Remove excess dirt with a brush.
Step 3 – Spray cleaner directly to soiled areas.
Step 4 – Use a brush to draw out dirt.
Step 5 – Wipe dry with micro-fibre cloth.
Step 6 – Leave to dry
* After please naturally dry them and not put them by a radiator.

How do I clean my LØCI trainers?

We normally expect all in stock orders to be dispatched within 24 hours, but please note this may be extended during peak periods.

Rest assured that we're doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
