How do I return or exchange my order?Updated a year ago
Our new zero hassle returns and exchanges policy allows our customers to return their items up to 90 days after purchase, as long as they're in original condition using our returns portal.
To begin your return or exchange, please follow the below steps:
1. Open the Returns Portal & enter your Order Number and email address used to place your order.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return & select if you would like to Return, exchange for a gift card or exchange for other items/sizes/colours.
3. Download the QR code for use in any Royal Mail (UK) or USPS or DHL Service Point (Rest of the World).
4. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal.
